We are glad to inform you that a well-coordinated cell to take care of various needs of the students’ folk and teaching staffs are working in our esteemed institution, RGM Government Arts & Science College, Attappadi, Palakkad.
Our college is situated in the greenery of Attappadi Taluk, composed of Agali, Sholayur and Pudur Panchayath. Around 500 students are getting higher education from this esteemed institution. It is near Silent Valley Forest range. Siruvani River and Kunthipuzha are flowing through its nearby areas. All can reach our institution through Attappadi forest range from Mannarkkad to Kottathara.
Students belonging to various caste, tribe and cultural groups are studying in this awesome college. Those who complete their higher secondary school level education may depend on their academics in this institution. Many problems like poverty, illiteracy, un-employment is persisting in many Aadivasi ooru in Attappadi. Students have to cross many distances through forest to reach our institution.
The Grievance Redressal cell is a collective endeavor of our respected Principal and other teachers to curb all these problems which our students are facing in our locality. The esteemed members in this committee are below.
